摘要
一次设备是变电站的核心部分,直接参与电能的传输与配送工作。变电站长期处于工作状态下,加上各种外界因素影响,其一次设备容易出现各种故障,因此电力企业需重视变电站一次设备的维护检修工作,对可能出现的故障问题进行预测,及时排除故障风险,防止小故障变为严重故障,维持变电站稳定、高效、安全的工作状态。良好的设备故障预测检修工作可以延长设备的持续工作时间和使用寿命,减少一次设备维修工作量,为电力企业节省维修成本。基于此,对变电站一次设备故障预测及检修工作进行研究,以期为相关工作提供参考。
Primary equipment is the core part of the substation,directly involved in the transmission and distribution of electricity.Substation in long-term working condition,coupled with a variety of external factors,its primary equipment is prone to a variety of failures,so power companies need to pay attention to the substation primary equipment maintenance and repair work,the possible failure of the prediction of the problem,timely elimination of the risk of failure,to prevent the small faults into serious failures,to maintain the stability of the substation,high efficiency and safety of the working state.Good equipment failure prediction and maintenance work can extend the continuous working time and service life of the equipment,reduce the primary equipment maintenance workload,and save the maintenance cost for the power companies.Based on this,the primary equipment fault prediction and overhaul work of substation is studied in order to provide reference for related work.
