尺寸和色彩分布情况下的家具余料再设计研究

Research on the Redesign of Furniture Surplus Materials Under the Conditions of Size and Color Distribution

在对家具余料进行再设计的过程中,应以余料的尺寸色彩分布规律为设计依据,以适当的再设计方法为实现路径。本文首先采用数据统计法、计算机图像处理法,对其尺寸与色彩的分布情况进行研究,得出其分布规律与影响因素;其次通过案例分析与归纳总结法得出适宜家具余料的再设计方法,最后将其规律应用在具体的实践案例之中。对于提高家具余料的附加值,丰富家具余料的再设计手法,提升家具余料的利用率有一定的指导和参考意义。

In the process of redesigning furniture surplus materials,the size and color distribution of surplus materials should be taken as the design basis,and the appropriate redesign method should be taken as the realization path.In this paper,first of all,data statistics and computer image processing are employed to study the distribution of its size and color,and its distribution law and influence are proposed.Second,through case analysis and summary,a redesign method suitable for furniture leftovers is proposed.Ultimately,its rules are applied to specific practical cases.It has certain guidance and reference significance for improving the added value of furniture surplus materials,enriching the redesign methods of furniture surplus materials,and boosting the utilization rate of furniture surplus materials.
