考虑高载能负荷的分布式电源并网电力系统调度自动化控制方法

摘要 为提高电力系统供电服务过程中对电能的消纳能力,开展考虑高载能负荷的分布式电源并网电力系统调度自动化控制方法的设计研究。根据高载能负荷电网的恒功率因数运行方式,进行电网中双馈机无功功率的平衡,假定分布式电源的定子侧功率因数保持不变,建立在考虑高载能负荷条件下的分布式并网电力系统电源模型;为降低对电能资源的浪费,在兼顾调度公平性的前提下,将最小弃风作为控制目标,设计系统调度控制目标函数;对电力系统调度过程进行安全约束,通过控制最小弃风量,完成自动化控制方法的设计。实例应用实验结果证明,设计的自动化控制方法实际应用效果良好,可以有效提高连续节点的消纳能力,提高对电网中分布式能源的利用率,发挥电力系统在区域供电服务中的更高价值与效能。 In order to improve the energy consumption capacity of the power supply service process in the power system,a research on the design of distributed power grid connected power system dispatch automation control method considering high energy load is carried out.Based on the constant power factor operation mode of the high energy load power grid,balance the reactive power of the doubly fed machine in the grid.Assuming that the stator side power factor of the distributed power source remains unchanged,establish a distributed grid connected power system power model considering high energy load conditions.To reduce the waste of electrical energy resources,while considering scheduling fairness,the minimum wind abandonment is taken as the control objective,and a system scheduling control objective function is designed.Implement safety constraints on the scheduling process of the power system,and complete the design of automated control methods by controlling the minimum abandoned air volume.The experimental results of practical application demonstrate that the designed automation control method has good practical application effects.This method can effectively improve the absorption capacity of continuous nodes,improve the utilization rate of distributed energy in the power grid,and leverage the higher value and efficiency of the power system in regional power supply services.
