采煤机控制模块供电电源状态指示组件设计

Design of Power Supply Status Indication Component for Shearer Control Module

为了解决采煤机内部主要控制模块供电电源带电状态指示问题,设计采煤机内部使用的供电电源状态指示组件。该指示组件对采煤机内部控制变压器副边的交流电采用整流滤波电路,将交流电转换为直流电,并利用电阻进行限流,采用发光二极管(Light-Emitting Diode,LED)进行电源带电状态指示。对于电控箱内部的直流电源,则直接利用电阻限流后连接LED灯进行电源带电状态指示。实际测试结果表明,该采煤机控制模块供电电源状态指示组件可准确指示相关供电电源是否带电。

In order to solve the problem of power supply charged status indication of the main control module inside the shearer,a power supply status indication assembly used inside the shearer is designed.This indicator assembly uses a rectifier filter circuit to convert the alternating current power from the secondary side of the control transformer inside the shearer to direct current power,and uses a resistor to limit the current,and uses an Light Emitting Diode(LED)to indicate the powered status of the power supply.For the direct current power inside the electric control box,the resistor is used to limit the current directly and then the LED is connected to indicate the charged status of the power supply.The actual test results show that this shearer control module power supply status indication assembly can accurately indicate whether the relevant power supply is charged or not.
