摘要
大数据体系对机电设备管理至关重要,通过建设大数据平台,可以提高数据处理的效率,有助于数据挖掘和数据决策,提升数据信息的价值。随着机电设备向自动化和智能化的方向转变,信息系统的数据传输压力越来越大,需要对不同结构的数据信息进行实时处理。如果时间节点产生数据冗余,则有可能因信息不对称而出现误操作问题,影响智能化操控系统的整体效果。该背景下,介绍了国内机电设备运维的现状,探讨了机电设备智能运维的需求,研究了基于综合监控大数据的机电设备管控平台体系的构建,并分析了对基于综合监控大数据的机电设备智能运维的应用实例及效果。
The big data system is vital to the management of electromechanical equipment,and through the construction of a big data platform,the efficiency of data processing can be improved,which helps data mining and data decision-making and enhances the value of data information.With the transformation of electromechanical equipment in the direction of automation and intelligence,the data transmission pressure of the information system is getting bigger and bigger,which requires real-time processing of data information of different structures.If the time node generates data redundancy,there is a possibility of misoperation problems due to information asymmetry,which affects the overall effect of the intelligent control system.Against this background,the article introduces the current situation of domestic electromechanical equipment operation and maintenance,discusses the demand for intelligent operation and maintenance of electromechanical equipment,researches the construction of the electromechanical equipment control platform system based on comprehensive monitoring big data,and analyzes the application examples and effects on the intelligent operation and maintenance of electromechanical equipment based on comprehensive monitoring big data.
