摘要
对建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术在变电站施工进度管理、材料管理、质量控制以及安全管理等方面的优化进行分析与研究。在施工进度管理方面,BIM技术可以进行4D模拟,帮助管理者对施工进度进行更精准的计划和监控;在材料管理方面,BIM技术可以实现对材料的全过程管理和监控,减少浪费和误差;在质量控制方面,BIM技术可以实现对施工质量的全过程控制和管理,包括施工前、施工中以及施工后的质量管理;在安全管理方面,BIM技术可以建立安全管理模型,实现对施工安全的全过程监控和管理。结合变电站项目案例分析BIM技术在该项目中的应用效果可知,采用BIM技术可以提高施工管理的效率和质量,在降低施工风险和成本等方面具有重要的实际意义与应用价值。
The aim is to analyze and study the optimization of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology in substation construction schedule management,material management,quality control,and safety management.In terms of construction schedule management,BIM technology can conduct 4D simulation to help managers plan and monitor construction progress more accurately;In terms of material management,BIM technology can achieve full process management and monitoring of materials,reducing waste and errors;In terms of quality control,BIM technology can achieve full process control and management of construction quality,including quality management before,during,and after construction;In terms of safety management,BIM technology can establish a safety management model to achieve full process monitoring and management of construction safety.Based on the case study of a substation project,the application effect of BIM technology in the project is analyzed.The application examples show that using BIM technology can improve the efficiency and quality of construction management,reduce construction risks and costs,and have important practical significance and application value.
