冶金煤气系统中电液程控阀故障诊断及精度控制

摘要 钢铁企业中煤气热值品质是制约产品质量的关键因素之一,稳定的热值离不开程控阀的动态调节,电液执行机构作为可靠的驱动装置,对其故障诊断与精度控制的研究具有重要意义。结合AJ型电液执行机构基本原理,对日常维护中出现的故障进行深层次梳理与分析,提出了快速有效判断及处理故障的方法,同时阐述了几种动作精度控制途径。 The quality of gas calorific value in iron and steel enterprises is one of the key factors restricting the quality of products,and the stable calorific value cannot be sepa-rated from the dynamic adjustment of programmable valves.The research of electro-hydraulic actuator as a reliable driving device is of great significance in the study of its fault diagnosis and precision control.Combined with the basic principle of AJ-type electro-hydraulic actuator,analysis of faults appeared in the daily maintenance were carried out,the method of rapid and effective judgment and fault handling were put forward,and sev-eral ways of controlling the precision of action were elaborated at the same time.
