浅谈三代高效分子筛在空分装置的运用

摘要 随着空分装置纯化系统分子筛和氧化铝使用年限增长,空气出纯化系统CO_(2)含量增高,威胁空分装置运行的安全。将纯化系统更换为三代高效分子筛和活性氧化铝,不仅提高了空分运行的可靠性,还降低了系统的能耗。 As the molecular sieve and alumina in the purification system of air separa-tion unit have longer service life,the CO_(2) content of air coming out of the purification sys-tem increases,which threatens the operation safety of the air separation unit.Replacing the purification system with the third-generation high-efficiency molecular sieve and activated alumina not only improves the reliability of air separation operation,but also reduces the en-ergy consumption of the system.
