摘要
针对某钢铁厂25 MW发电机组后轴发生振动超标联锁跳闸的故障,对TSI(汽轮机监视系统)电涡流传感器、前置器、模块、信号电缆等可能引起振动大的原因逐一进行分析,确认故障发生的原因为发电机轴瓦底座绝缘不良导致轴电压异常放电,提出相应解决方案和整改措施。
In response to the trip fault interlocked by excessive vibration of the rear shaft of a 25 MW generator set in a steel plant,the possible causes such as the TSI(turbine supervisory instru⁃ments)eddy current sensors,preamplifier,modules,signal cables,etc.were analyzed one by one to determine the real cause of the failure,which is abnormaal shaft voltage discharge caused by poor in⁃sulation of the generator bearing base.The corrective measures were proposed as well.
