提高烧结余热发电量的生产技术实践

摘要 从铁矿烧结工艺参数控制角度研究了影响余热回收的因素,得出大烟道温度、终点温度波动趋势可间接表征烧结矿显热量的变化趋势。针对影响烧结大烟道温度、终点温度稳定性、终点位置控制等因素采取了相应的管控措施,结合当前公司烧结生产现状建立了烧结余热发电管控模型,2022年烧结余热发电量提高至20.51kWh/t,同比增加16.38%。 The factors affecting waste heat recovery were studied from the perspective of iron ore sintering process parameter control,and it was concluded that the fluctuation trend of large flue temperature and end point temperature could indirectly characterize the trend of sintered ore apparent heat.Corresponding control measures have been taken for fac⁃tors affecting the sintering large flue temperature,end point temperature stability,end point position control,etc.A control model for sintering waste heat power generation has been es⁃tablished in conjunction with the current status of the company′s sintering production,the power generation capacity of the sintering waste heat has been increased to 20.51 kWh/t in 2022,representing a year-on-year increase of 16.38%.
