摘要
叙述了循环水二次滤网的工作原理,针对生产运行中PLC控制存在的问题,对原PLC控制系统进行了相应的优化,并将控制信号接入汽轮发电机组的DCS系统中。利用DCS系统强大的集中监视、操作、管理、控制功能进行逻辑和画面组态,实现了二次滤网的一键自动控制及远程监控的目标,提高了二次滤网工作的稳定性和可靠性。
This article describes the working principle of the secondary filter of circulating wa-ter,optimizes the original PLC control system accordingly for the problems of PLC control in produc-tion operation,and connects the control signals into the distributed control system(DCS)of the tur-bine generator set.The centralized monitoring,operation,management and control functions of the DCS are utilized for logic and screen configuration,so as to realize the goal of one-touch automatic control and remote monitoring of the secondary filter,which improves the stability and reliability of the secondary filter.
