钢铁产业是国民经济的重要支柱产业,采取适宜的治理措施和有效的管理手段,可以解决其带来的环境污染问题。依据炼钢工业的相关环保标准,探讨除尘系统的设计理念,比选除尘系统的设计方案,为工程化应用提供参考。小除尘系统的烟尘捕集率和管网阻力平衡效果较好,将多个小系统合并成一个大系统,可节省用地和投资约20%。

The iron and steel industry is an important pillar industry of the national economy,and the environmental pollution problems it brings can be solved by adopting ap-propriate control measures and effective management means.Based on the relevant environ-mental protection standards of the steelmaking industry,the paper discusses the design con-cepts of the dedusting system,compares the design options,and provides references for engi-neering applications.It concluded that the dust capture rate and pipe network resistance of the small dedusting system are better,and the land and investment can be saved by about 20%when combining several small systems into one big system.
