高职院校课程思政协同育人长效机制构建研究 被引量:3

摘要 课程思政是高职院校推进“三全育人”的重要途径,也是构建“大思政”格局的必由之路。但由于教师内驱力不足、课程思政亲和力不强、课程思政与思政课程协同力不够等问题,导致课程思政协同育人体系不健全,育人效果不理想。通过问卷调查和实地调研,分析了课程思政协同育人的重要意义,剖析了当前高职院校课程思政协同育人的困境,提出构建课程思政协同育人共同责任机制、良性互动机制、师资融合机制和评价督查机制等“四位一体”的长效机制,发挥课程思政协同育人效能的最大化,切实提高人才培养质量,全面落实立德树人根本任务。 Curriculum ideological and political education is an important way for vocational colleges to promote the“three comprehensive education”,and it is also the only way to build a“big ideological and political”pattern.However,due to insufficient intrinsic motivation of teachers,weak affinity for ideological and political education in courses,and insufficient synergy between ideological and political courses and ideological and political education in courses,the collaborative education system of ideological and political education in courses is not sound,and the educational effect is not ideal.This article has analyzed the importance of collaborative education of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges through questionnaire surveys and field research,and explored the current difficulties of collaborative education of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.It has also proposed a“four in one”long-term mechanism,including a common responsibility mechanism,a benign interaction mechanism,a teacher integration mechanism,and an evaluation and supervision mechanism,to maximize the effectiveness of collaborative education of ideological and political education in courses and to effectively improve the quality of talent cultivation,fully implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating talents.
