科教协同的地方院校大学生创新性学习能力培养探析

An Analysis of Innovative Learning Ability Cultivation of Local College Students in Collaboration with Science and Education

随着我国区域经济发展及地方产业转型,高素质人才需求与地方院校人才培养质量之间矛盾越发凸显,创新性学习能力已经成为高校创新人才培养的基本素质。从江西省五所地方本科院校学生创新创业能力培养现状分析入手,提出通过专业教师转型,主动将服务企业技术创新的科研活动融入专业教学,衔接企业微创新活动与专业课程知识点,整合校内外资源建设科教协同的实践教学平台,实施以技术创新为主体的实践教学资源开发与教育,开展全方位的科教协同育人,提升大学生的创新性学习能力。为确保科教协同教育可持续发展,从科教协同育人的资源建设、科教协同育人的实施过程、以及学生创新性学习能力的获得等方面评价与优化科教协同育人质量。

With the development of regional economy and the transformation of local industry,the contradiction between the demand for high-quality talents and the training quality of local colleges and universities becomes more and more prominent.Innovative learning ability has become the basic quality of training innovative talents in colleges and universities.Starting from the analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability in five local undergraduate universities in Jiangxi Province,this paper proposes that through the transformation of professional teachers,the teacher should actively integrate scientific research activities serving enterprise technological innovation into professional teaching,connect enterprise micro-innovation activities with professional course knowledge points,and integrate internal and external resources to build a practical teaching platform of science and education collaboration,implement the development and education of practical teaching resources with technology innovation as the main body,and carry out comprehensive science and education collaborative education.Finally,the innovative learning ability of college students can be improved.To ensure the sustainable development of science and education collaborative education,the quality of science and education collaborative education is evaluated and optimized from the aspects of resource construction,the implementation process of science and education collaborative education,and the innovative learning ability of the students.
