摘要
在国家大力倡导可持续发展的时代背景下,绿色建筑越来越被人们所重视,BIM技术作为一种信息技术与建筑业的融合产物,在绿色建筑中发挥了重要作用。以松山湖台湾园北部学校项目为研究对象,将BIM技术引入绿色建筑建设中,以资源消耗、能源利用、生态环境、室内环境为主要指标,结合模糊综合评价法和层次分析法对该项目进行预评价。结果表明该方法能够对绿色建筑进行较为准确的评价,为绿色建筑研究的发展起到了推动作用。
At the national advocate the era background of sustainable development,green building becomes more and more important for people,BIM technology as a kind of information technology and an amalgamation of the construction industry,played an important role in the green building.In Songshan Lake Garden school project in northern Taiwan as the research object,introducing BIM technology in the construction of green building,to resource consumption,energy use,ecological environment,the indoor environment as the main index,combining Analytic Hierarchy Process(ahp)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to advance the project evaluation.The results show that the method can carry on the more accurate evaluation of green building,to the development of green architecture research has played a role.
