摘要
以某会展中心中间组团项目为例,通过有限元分析和全方位同步加载实测试验.对管桁架多维度管件相贯节点的力学性能进行了分析研究,并采用静态DIC技术对管件应力、位移及节点受力最大部位焊缝热影响区的扩展情况进行了监测,结果表明,节点力学性能满足设计要求。
Taking the intermediate cluster project of a certain exhibition center as an example,through the finite element analysis and all-round synchronous loading test analyzed and researched the mechanical properties of intersecting nodes of multidimensional pipe fittings in the truss,and monitor the pipe fittings stress,displacement,and the expansion situation of weld heat affected zone in the most stressed part used the static DIC technology,the results showed that the mechanical properties of nodes met the design requirements.
