摘要
以唐山国丰钢铁厂120 m双连跨螺栓球网架整体提升工程为例,以有限元分析软件计算分析提升结构整体最不利工况、关键工装及节点校核验算为主要内容,围绕网架结构整体提升方案设计、关键工装及节点的整体提升、关键施工工艺等方面展开,以确保整体提升施工质量与安全为目标,从整体上提升网架结构。
This article took integral lifting construction of 120 m-double cross bolt-ball grid structure of Tangshan Guofeng steel company as an example,which emphasized on design of lifting schemes.Key points of construction technology.In addition,calculation and analysis of the most dangerous condition in lifting process has been made by the finite element software.What’s more,key nodes and members have been calculated in order to get ideal result of engineering quality and safety of construction.
