直曲结合钢箱梁下穿既有高架桥施工技术研究

摘要 结合武汉三环南综合改造野芷湖立交工程,详细介绍了直线、曲线结合的钢箱梁,下穿既有高架桥匝道的施工方法。通过直线段步履顶推与曲线段滑移的方法,既解决了限高条件无法吊装的难题,也解决了曲线段顶进难以控制方向和平面位置的问题。并通过MIDAS/Civil软件建立直线段顶推有限元模型,选取直线段三次拼装、顶推的四个工况进行模拟,验证了该方法的安全可靠性。 Combined with the Yezhihu interchange project of 3rd Ring Road South comprehensive reconstruction,this paper introduces the construction method of steel box girder combined with straight line and curve and crossing the existing viaduct ramp.Through the method of straight-line segment pushing and curve segment sliding,it not only solves the problem that the height limit condition can not be lifted,but also solves the problem that the curve segment pushing is difficult to control the direction and plane position.Through MIDAS/Civil software,the finite element model of linear segment pushing is established,and the three times assembling and pushing of linear segment are divided into four working conditions for simulation,which verifies the safety and reliability of the method.
