摘要
介绍了装配式建筑在设计、生产、施工、装修、管理方面的特点,结合装配式建筑产教融合现状,提出了装配式人才培养的方案及培养模式,并通过校企合作建立实训基地和实训中心,建设优质教学队伍,达到产教双方共赢,提升装配式建筑教学水平的目的。
The thesis introduces the assembled-building properties in design,production,construction,decoration and management,puts forward assembled-building talent cultivation scheme and pattern by combining with assembled-building industry-education integrity status.It also establishes training bases and centers through school-enterprise cooperation,builds high-quality teaching team,achieves industry-education double win,and achieves the goal of improving assembled building teaching level.
