盐酸吗啡缓释片治疗晚期癌痛的疗效、安全性及对睡眠影响观察

Observation on the Efficacy,Safety and Effect on Sleep of Morphine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets in the Treatment of Advanced Cancer Pain

目的:探究盐酸吗啡缓释片治疗晚期癌痛的疗效、安全性及对睡眠影响。方法:选取2022年1月至2022年12月江西省信丰县人民医院肿瘤内科收治的晚期癌症患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。分别给予氨酚羟考酮片和盐酸吗啡缓释片治疗,比较分析2组患者治疗效果、安全性及对睡眠影响。结果:观察组癌痛评价(4.11±0.92)分明显低于对照组的(5.13±1.01)分(P<0.05);观察组癌痛缓解率为80.00%,明显高于对照组的63.34%(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗睡眠评价为(6.02±1.01)分,明显低于对照组的(9.28±1.47)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在晚期癌症患者癌痛治疗中,服用盐酸吗啡缓释片,可以有效缓解疼痛程度,改善患者的睡眠质量,且用药安全,对于提高患者的生命质量具有显著意义。

Objective:To explore the efficacy,safety and sleep impact of morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of advanced cancer pain.Methods:A tatal of 120 advanced cancer patients admitted to the Department of Oncology of Xinfeng County People′s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 patients in each group.They were treated with oxycodone hydrochloride tablets and morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets respectively.The treatment effect,safety and impact on sleep of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The evaluation score of cancer pain in the observation group(4.11±0.92)was significantly lower than that in the control group(5.13±1.01)(P<0.05).The cancer pain relief rate of 80.00%in the observation group was significantly higher than 63.34%in the control group(P<0.05).The score of treatment sleep evaluation(6.02±1.01)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(9.28±1.47),with significant statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of cancer pain in patients with advanced cancer,taking morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets can effectively relieve the degree of pain,improve the quality of sleep of patients,and is safe to use,which has significant significance for improving the quality of life of patients.
