责任制整体护理对小儿支气管肺炎患儿的应用效果及对生命质量、睡眠质量的影响

The Application Effect of Responsibility Based Holistic Nursing on Children with Bronchopneumonia and Its Impact on Quality of Life and Sleep Quality

目的:分析、观察小儿支气管肺炎采取责任制整体护理的效果及对生命质量、睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年7月至2022年1月福建省政和县医院儿科收治的小儿支气管肺炎患儿62例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组实施一般护理,观察组在此基础上实施责任制整体护理,比较分析2组相关性指标,如肺功能、诊疗依从性、生命质量及睡眠质量等。结果:1)肺功能:观察组肺功能指标(潮气量、用力呼吸25%流速)改善程度高于对照组(P<0.05);2)诊疗依从性:观察组诊疗依从性与对照组比明显较高(P<0.05);3)症状改善用时:基于咳嗽、气促及肺啰音等症状改善用时方面,观察组较对照组表现出更低的水平(P<0.05);4)生命质量:观察组生理、情感及社会等指标评分高于对照组(P<0.05);5)睡眠质量:护理后,观察组的睡眠质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿支气管肺炎采取责任制整体护理效果确切,可有效改善症状,纠正睡眠状况,提升诊疗依从性,促进肺功能恢复,且提高生命质量,值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze and observe the effect of adopting a responsibility based holistic nursing approach for pediatric bronchopneumonia and its impact on quality of life and sleep quality.Methods:A total of 62 pediatric patients with bronchopneumonia(July 2021 to January 2022)were included in the study.They were divided into two groups according to Excel tables,with the control group supplemented by general nursing as the baseline.The observation group was supplemented by responsible based holistic nursing,and relevant indicators such as lung function,diagnosis and treatment compliance,quality of life and sleep quality were evaluated.Results:1)Lung function:The improvement degree of lung function indicators(tidal volume,forced breathing 25%flow rate)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).2)Diagnosis and treatment compliance:The observation group had significantly higher diagnosis and treatment compliance compared to the control group(P<0.05).3)Symptom improvement time:Based on symptoms such as cough,shortness of breath,and lung rale,the observation group showed a lower level of improvement time compared to the control group(P<0.05).4)Quality of life:The scores of physiological,emotional,and social factors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).5)Sleep quality:After intervention,the sleep quality scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall responsibility based holistic nursing for pediatric bronchopneumonia has a definite effect,which can effectively improve symptoms,correct sleep conditions,enhance diagnosis and treatment compliance,promote lung function recovery,and improve quality of life.It is worth promoting and applying.
