认知疗法联合支持性心理护理对改善艾滋病患者不良情绪与睡眠质量的效果观察

Effect of Cognitive Therapy Combined with Supportive Psychological Nursing on Improving Bad Mood and Sleep Quality in AIDS Patients

目的:研究认知疗法联合支持性心理护理对改善艾滋病患者不良情绪与睡眠质量的效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年12月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院感染病院区收治的艾滋病患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组行常规护理干预措施,观察组行认知疗法联合支持性心理护理干预,比较2组患者焦虑及抑郁状况、睡眠质量及生命质量。结果:护理后,观察组SAS、SDS、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,观察组各项生命质量指标显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:采用认知疗法联合支持性心理护理能显著改善艾滋病患者不良情绪状态,提高其睡眠质量与生命质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To study the effect of cognitive therapy combined with supportive psychological nursing on improving the bad mood and sleep quality of AIDS patients.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2022,80 cases of AIDS patients admitted to the infection hospital area of the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention measures,and the observation group received cognitive therapy combined with supportive psychological nursing intervention.The anxiety and depression,sleep quality and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:After nursing,the SAS,SDS,and PSQI scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and all quality of life indicators in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive therapy combined with supportive psychological nursing can significantly improve the adverse emotional state of AIDS patients,improve the quality of sleep and quality of life of patients,and is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
