延续性护理干预对慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者疗效、遵医行为及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Continuous Nursing Intervention on Curative Effect,Compliance Behavior and Sleep Quality of Hemodialysis Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的:探究慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者接受延续性护理的干预效果。方法:选取2021年10月至2022年10月中国人民解放军陆军第七十三集团军医院收治的进行血液透析治疗的慢性肾衰竭患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组患者开展延续性护理干预,对2组患者的肾功能、遵医行为和睡眠质量进行比较分析。结果:1)肾功能。观察组护理后的尿素氮和肌酐水平均低于护理前,且低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。2)遵医行为。观察组患者在科学饮食、控水、规律透析方面的依从性评分均大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。3)睡眠质量。观察组护理后的睡眠质量评分低于护理前,且低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者实施延续性护理既有利于改善患者的肾功能,又可以提高患者的遵医行为,改善患者的睡眠质量,因此,此种护理方法在临床上有进一步推广的价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic renal failure who were treated with hemodialysis in the 73rd Army Hospital of the People′s Liberation Army from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received continuous nursing interventions.The renal function,compliance behavior,and sleep quality of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results:1)Renal function.The levels of Blood urea nitrogen and creatinine in the observation group after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P s<0.05).2)Medical compliance behavior.The compliance scores of patients in the observation group in terms of scientific diet,water control,and regular dialysis were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P s<0.05).3)Sleep quality.The sleep quality score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that before nursing and lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing for hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure can not only improve the renal function of patients,but also improve their compliance behavior and improve their sleep quality.Therefore,this nursing method has the value of further promotion in clinical practice.
