摘要 目的:分析经颅磁刺激联合米氮平对抑郁症患者认知功能及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年5月至2023年4月日照市精神卫生中心收治的抑郁症患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予米氮平治疗,观察组给予经颅磁刺激联合米氮平治疗,2组均连续治疗4周。采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)比较2组患者干预前后焦虑、抑郁状态的改善效果,采用简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)和蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)对2组患者治疗前和治疗2周后的认知功能进行评估,比较2组患者不良反应发生率及治疗有效率。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,观察组MMSE评分及MoCA评分均显著高于对照组,观察组PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:经颅磁刺激联合米氮平可使抑郁症患者的认知功能及睡眠质量得到有效提高,改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广使用。 Objective:To analyze the effects of transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with mirtazapine on cognitive function and sleep quality in patients with depression.Methods:A total of 60 patients with depression admitted to Rizhao Mental Health Center from May 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with mirtazapine,and the observation group was treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with mirtazapine.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were used to compare the improvement effects of anxiety and depression in the 2 groups before and after the intervention.The cognitive function of the two groups was assessed before and after 2 weeks of treatment by using the Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE)and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA).The incidence of adverse reactions and the effective rate of treatment were compared as well.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than the pair turnover,MMSE scores and MoCA scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and PSQI scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with mirtazapine can effectively improve the cognitive function and sleep quality of patients with depression,improve the anxiety and depression mood of patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
