摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,人们生活节奏的加快以及生活规律的改变,失眠已成为危害青少年身心健康的主要疾病之一。对青少年失眠症进行有效干预对其恢复身心健康及社会功能具有十分重要的意义。目前关于失眠症的治疗方法主要有药物治疗和非药物治疗。考虑到青少年生理心理发育的特殊阶段,药物治疗的耐受性、心理和生理依赖性以及不良反应,不宜选择药物治疗。失眠非药物治疗能够避免药物的不良反应及药物滥用,有些治疗措施不但短期疗效与药物相近,而且维持时间长于药物。兹国内外最新研究成果,综合分析并提出一些安全有效的失眠非药物干预方案。
With rapid development of social economy,the acceleration of the life rhythm and the change of lifestyle,insomnia has become one of the main diseases endangering the physical and mental health of adolescents.It is of great significance to intervene the adolescent insomnia effectively for their recovery of physical and mental health and social function.At present,the intervention of insomnia includes pharmaceutical and nonpharmaceutical treatments.Considering teenagers′physiological and psychological development,the tolerance,psychological and physical dependence and side effects,pharmaceutical treatment should not be chosen.Nonpharmaceutical treatment can avoid adverse reactions and drug abuse.Some treatments have short-term efficacy similar to medicines and last longer.The latest research results at home and abroad are comprehensively analyzed and safe and effective nonpharmaceutical intervention schemes for insomnia are proposed in this paper.
