Construction of Talent Training System Based on OBE Concept Under The Background of IEET Engineering Certification——A Case Study of Sichuan Industrial andCommercial Vocational and Technical College

为培养与国际接轨的高素质、高技能人才,印刷媒体技术专业借助IEET教育工程认证契机,对标认证规范的培养目标,引入OBE成果导向的教育理念,深化产教融合,从完善人才培养模式、推动课程体系重构、改革教育教学方法、完善教学质量评价体系等四个方面进行专业人才培养体系建设,以全面提升人才培养质量,满足行业复合型创新型的人才需求。

In order to cultivate high-quality and skilled talents in line with international standards,the printing media technology major takes the opportunity of IEET education engineering certification to introduce the OBE result-oriented education concept and deepen the integration of production and education.The construction of professional group talent training system is carried out from four aspects:perfecting talent training mode,promoting curriculum system reconstruction,reforming education and teaching methods,and improving teaching quality evaluation system,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of talent training and meet the needs of complex and innovative talents in the industry.
