摘要
在部分企业中,软件研发人员往往存在身兼多职的情况,对于这种情况,尚且没有合理统一的产出评估方法和标准。对此,本文提出了一种软件研发人员产出度量方法,通过不同工作的功能点数,计算得到该人员的总产出。该方法目前已经可以应用于实际软件开发活动中,解决了度量身兼多职的软件研发人员的产出的问题。
In some enterprises,software developers often have multiple roles,for which there is no reasonable and unified output evaluation method and standard yet.In this regard,a method of measuring the output of software developers is proposed to calculate the total output of the developers by the function points of different jobs.This method has been applied to actual software development activities,and solved the problem of measuring the output of multi-tasking software developers.
