摘要
数字化技术与建筑领域的融合有效提高了建筑管理效率以及管理质量。本文结合我国某市工程,探究如何依托BIM5D技术对基坑工程施工环节开展动态管理、精准控制各类资源成本,以此实现对施工进度以及施工成本的精细化管理。
The integration of digital technology and the construction field has effectively improved the efficiency and quality of building management.This article explores how to rely on BIM5D technology to carry out dynamic management and accurately control various resource costs in the construction process of foundation pit engineering,in conjunction with a project in a certain city in China,in order to achieve refined management of construction progress and construction costs.
