EPC模式下装配式建筑的成本评价与管理研究

Research on Cost Evaluation and Management of Prefabricated Buildings under EPC Project

近年来,政府大力提倡发展装配式建筑,接连出台了众多鼓励政策。但现阶段,装配式建筑发展仍处于一个被动的状态。这其中最主要的原因是因为,装配式建筑成本要比传统建筑成本高很多。本文运用层次分析法和专家调查法,对EPC模式下装配式建筑的成本进行评价与管理,并提出了相应的成本管理措施,希望此研究成果能够对今后的EPC模式下装配式建筑的成本管理起到借鉴作用。

In recent years,with the vigorous promotion of the development of prefabricated buildings,the government has successively issued a series of encouraging policies.Nonetheless,at the present stage,the development of prefabricated buildings is still in a relatively passive state.The main reason lies in that the cost of prefabricated buildings is much higher than that of traditional buildings.This research uses analytic hierarchy process and expert investigation method,evaluates the cost of prefabricated buildings under EPC project and puts forward corresponding cost management measures.It is expected to provide valuable reference for future cost management of prefabricated buildings under EPC project.
