基于遗传算法的施工人员配置优化

摘要 人员的分配和流动不仅影响到施工项目的持续有效进展,也影响到劳动力成本的控制,进而影响到项目进度和成本控制。本文在分析施工人员经验与人员工作时间、成本、工期、施工质量关系的基础上,采用非支配排序遗传算法NSGA-Ⅱ,建立求解模型,在此理论基础上,编制工程人员优化配置软件,并进行实例应用。结果表明,优化后的人员配置方案在优化项目工期和人工成本方面起到了一定的作用,在缩短项目工期和保证质量的同时实现了人员的合理配置。 The allocation and flow of personnel not only affects the continuous and effective progress of construction projects,but also affects the control of labor costs,which in turn affects the project schedule and cost control.In this paper,based on the analysis of the relationship between construction personnel experience and personnel working time,cost,duration,and construction quality,the non-dominated ranking genetic algorithm NSGA-II is used to establish a solution model,and on this theoretical basis,engineering personnel optimization allocation software is prepared and applied by example.The results show that the optimized staffing scheme plays a role in optimizing the project duration and labor cost,and realizes the reasonable staffing while shortening the project duration and ensuring the quality.
