连退机组焊接质量影响因素研究与工艺改进

摘要 针对冷轧带钢连续生产中出现的焊缝质量不高、重焊率高以及断带等问题,在分析影响焊接质量各要素的基础上,确定连退机组本体设备工艺特点、带钢质量以及焊缝质量检测方法是主要影响因素。通过清理关键部件、调整设备间隙、增加辅助后加热设备、处理设备故障报警、控制带材质量以及优化焊缝检测方法等措施,并制订了含P高强钢的焊接工艺调整规范以及焊接折弯(冲击)试验规范,提高了成品带钢的焊接质量和机组生产效益。 In view of the problems of low welding quality,high re-welding rate and broken strip during continuous production of cold-rolling strip steel,based on the analysis of various factors affecting the welding quality,it is determined that the main influencing factors are the technology characteristics of the main equipment of the continuous annealing unit,strip steel quality and weld quality inspection method.By cleaning up key components,adjusting equipment clearance,adding auxiliary post-heating equipment,handling equipment fault alarm,controlling strip quality and optimizing welding seam detection method,etc.,the welding process specification and bending(impact)test criterion of P-containing high strength steel have been worked out to improve the welding quality of the finished strip steel and the production efficiency of the unit.
