摘要
本文首先分析了前期钻井施工难点,进一步明确了钻井难点影响因素,通过优化井身结构、优选提速工具,采用泡沫钻井、气体钻井技术、预弯曲防斜打直技术,潜在漏失层段采取随钻堵漏措施,有效解决了井斜、井漏频繁等井下复杂问题,进一步提高了全井机械钻速、避免了井漏等复杂问题、缩短了钻井周期,同时为该区块后期勘探开发提供了技术指导,具有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper first summarizes the difficulties of drilling in the early stage,analyzes the causes of difficulties,and optimizes the well structure and speed up tools,uses foam drilling,gas drilling technology,pre bending anti deviation and straightening technology,adopts the plugging measures while drilling,effectively solves the complex problems such as well deviation,and reduces the lost circulation,and further improves the penetration rate of the whole well.The drilling cycle is shortened,and the experience is provided for the later exploration and development of the block,which has a certain reference significance.
