水泥冷再生沥青路面回收料的力学性能与疲劳性能 被引量:1

摘要 基于弯拉强度试验、动态压缩模量试验与弯曲疲劳试验,探讨了沥青路面回收料(RMAP)掺量、RMAP中沥青回收料(RAP)与无机回收料(RAI)比例对冷再生混合料力学性能与疲劳损伤特性的影响规律。结果表明:水泥冷再生混合料疲劳方程回归系数截距a为11.85~12.91,斜率b为-11.56~-9.91;增大RMAP,降低了无机结合料冷再生混合料疲劳寿命,增加了疲劳寿命对应力强度比的敏感性;增大RMAP中RAP掺量有助于提高低应力强度比下水泥冷再生混合料的疲劳性能,但也增大了水泥冷再生混合料疲劳寿命对应力强度比的敏感性。 Based on flexural tensile strength test,dynamic compression modulus test and bending fatigue test,how the content of reclaimed materials from asphalt pavement(RMAP),the ratio of reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP)and reclaimed inorganic binder stabilized aggregate(RAI)in RMAP affect the mechanical and fatigue properties of cold reclaimed mixture were discussed.The result shows that,for the regression coefficient of fatigue equation,the intercept a is 11.85-12.91 and the slope b is-11.56--9.91.The increase of RMAP decreases the fatigue life of inorganic binder stabilized cold reclaimed mixture,and increases the sensitivity of fatigue life to stress-strength ratio.The increase of RAP content in RMAP helps to improve the fatigue performance of cement cold reclaimed mixture at low stress-strength ratio,but increase the sensitivity of fatigue life of cement cold reclaimed mixture to stress-strength ratio at the same time.
