泡沫轻质土换填公路浅埋中厚层软土地基处理分析 被引量:1

摘要 依托广东省某公路项目,介绍泡沫轻质土换填的设计计算流程,提出泡沫轻质土换填方案不大于10 cm沉降标准,给出换填底面附加应力和采用高程数据抗浮验算的近似计算方法。沉降计算和抗浮稳定性计算与工程应用效果对比分析,验明泡沫轻质土换填在公路浅埋中厚层软土地基处理中技术上可行;与原设计水泥搅拌桩复合地基处理方案的造价对比分析,说明泡沫轻质土换填方案具备一定的经济优势。 Relying on a highway project in Guangdong province,the design and calculation process of foam light soil replacement is introduced.the settlement standard of foam light soil replacement scheme less than 10 cm is proposed.The approximate calculation method of additional stress on the bottom surface replacement and anti-floating checking calculation using elevation data are given.The application effect is compared and analyzed with the settlement calculation and anti-floating stability calculation,which verifies that the replacement scheme of foam light soil is technically feasible in the treatment of highway shallow buried medium thick soft soil foundation.The cost comparison and analysis with the original design of cement mixing pile composite foundation treatment scheme,it shows that the foam light soil replacement scheme has certain economic advantages.
