温拌沥青及其混合料水稳性能评价分析

摘要 为评价温拌技术对沥青及沥青混合料水稳性能产生的影响,选取不同岩性的石料,采用拉拔试验、Vialet试验和冻融劈裂试验分别测试沥青-矿料黏附性能和混合料抗水损害性能,并分析沥青-矿料黏附性能指标与沥青混合料TSR值的相关性。结果表明,温拌技术的应用降低了沥青-矿料黏附性能和沥青混合料抗水损性能,沥青与矿料的黏附性能优劣为:基质沥青>Evotherm温拌沥青>Sasobit温拌沥青>Advera温拌沥青,沥青混合料遭受多次冻融循环后抗水损害性能优劣为:基质沥青混合料>Evotherm温拌沥青混合料>Advera温拌沥青混合料>Sasobit温拌沥青混合料;沥青-矿料黏附性能评价仅能反映沥青混合料初期的抗水损害性能,沥青混合料遭受1次冻融循环后的TSR值与沥青-矿料黏附性能的拟合关系较好,相关系数普遍在0.8以上。研究成果为温拌沥青黏附性能评价、温拌沥青混合料耐久性的认识提供参考。 In order to evaluate the influence of warm mix technology on water stability of asphalt and the mixture,the stones of different lithologic features were selected to carry out pull-out test,Vialet test and freeze-thaw splitting test,and then to measure the adhesive capacity of asphalt-mineral material and the mixture performance against water damage respectively,and analyze the relation between the adhesive capacity performance indicator of asphalt-mineral material and the TSR value of asphalt mixture.The result shows that,the application of warm mix technology degrades the adhesive capacity of asphalt-mineral material and the mixture performance against water damage;the adhesive capacity performance evaluation of asphalt and mineral material are ranked as follows:matrix asphalt>Evotherm warm mix asphalt>Sasobit warm mix asphalt>Advera warm mix asphalt,and the evaluation of asphalt mixture performance against water damage after freezing and thawing cycles are ranked as follows:base asphalt mixture>Evotherm warm mix asphalt mixture>Advera warm mix asphalt mixture>Sasobit warm mix asphalt mixture;the adhesive capacity performance evaluation of asphalt-mineral material only reflects the mixture performance against water damage in initial stage and,after one cycle of freezing and thawing,there shows a better fitting relation between the TSR value of the mixture and the adhesive capacity of asphalt-mineral material with the correlation coefficient more than 0.8 generally.The study result may provide reference in the adhesive capacity evaluation of warm mix asphalt and the durability recognition of warm mix asphalt mixture.
