数字孪生市政排水综合管理与预警调度平台设计与应用 被引量:2

摘要 为对洪涝灾害的预警和调度提供及时、准确的决策支撑,弥补传统城市防洪排涝方式的不足,利用数字孪生技术和地理信息技术,建立城市排水模型,以“收集监测感知-数据底板构建-模型建立-预警告警-指挥调度-方案评价”的实施思路,建立数字孪生市政排水综合管理与预警调度平台,实现洪涝情势分析,灾情预判、预警预报、防汛调度、应急抢险等功能,并在昆明西山区进行应用。利用模型分析易涝区域并结合市政易涝区域记录,布置水位仪实时监测,当达到预警值时,启动预告预警程序,调度智能截流井、泵站开启行洪模式,并告知水务管理和技术人员。研究成果可为水务管理人员管理城市排水水资源、水安全提供支撑。 In order to provide timely and accurate decision-making support for flood warning and dispatching and to make up for the shortcomings of traditional urban flood prevention and drainage methods,the digital twin technology and geographic information technology were used to establish an urban drainage model,and the digital twin municipal drainage comprehensive management and early warning dispatch platform was established by the idea of"collection and monitoring of perception-data base plate construction-model establishment-early warning and alarm-command and dispatch-programme evaluation".The platform was based on a GIS map of the drainage system,the professional hydrological and hydrodynamic model and a water-awareness network of things.The platform can realize the function of flood situation analysis,disaster prediction,early warning and forecasting,flood control and dispatching,and emergency rescue.It had applied in the Xishan District of Kunming.The platform can use the model to analyze the flood-prone areas and combine with the municipal flood-prone area records to arrange the water level meter for real-time monitoring.When the water level reaches the warning value,the pre-warning program is activated,and the platform schedules intelligent interceptor wells and pumping stations to open the flooding mode and informs the water management and technical personnel.The research results can provide support to water managers for the management of urban drainage water resources and water safety.
