论景德镇柴烧落灰器工艺发展的重要性

The Importance of the Process Development of Ash Decorated Vessels of Chai Kiln in Jingdezhen

景德镇柴烧落灰器技艺是一种古陶瓷色釉制作技术,不施釉面,纯泥胎入窑,烧制中,马尾松随火焰化灰包裹坯体,当温度达到灰的熔点形成釉质层。从泥坯入窑开始,一气呵成烧制7天左右。本文以迹艺柴窑研发的柴烧落灰器茶具为例进行研究,发现使用不同落灰发色、器型、材质的茶器对茶的口感有明显的改善作用。景德镇柴烧落灰器技术在中国陶瓷发展中潜力巨大。

Jingdezhen firewood ashesers technology is a kind of ancient ceramic glaze production technology,without any glaze,pure mud embryo into the kiln.All by firing technology with Masson pine form flame ash wrapped in the mud embryo,from the mud into the kiln,firing for about 7 days,when the temperature reaches the melting point of ash to form the glaze layer.In daily experiments,different flame ashes combined with different types of Jingdezhen firewood ashesers can obviously improve the taste of hot drinks such as wine,tea,coffee and milk.This paper takes the wood-firing ware of ancient art as an example to study.T he technology of Jingdezhen firewood ashesershasgreat potential in the development of Chinese ceramics.
