为推进碳达峰碳中和目标顺利实施,绿色已成为产业未来的发展方向。绿色农业将是未来农业发展的主基调。绿色金融致力于投资各类绿色项目,绿色农业属于绿色金融的投资范围。绿色金融可以引导农业经营主体树立绿色经营理念;引进绿色技术、促进绿色农业规模化;改善乡村风貌、推动乡村振兴。然而,在绿色金融助推农业绿色发展中仍存在绿色金融资金来源狭窄、总量低,配套设施和支持政策有待完善等问题。提出绿色金融助推农业绿色发展的对策建议:进一步拓宽绿色金融资金来源渠道、积极吸纳社会资本;不断完善绿色金融助农服务配套设施、降低涉农投资风险;出台相关政策、发挥政策指引棒作用。

In order to promote the smooth implementation of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,green has become the future development direction of industry,and agriculture is no exception.Green agriculture will be the main tone of future agricultural development.Green finance is committed to investing in various green projects,so green agriculture falls within the scope of green finance.Green finance can guide agricultural business entities to establish green business concepts;Introduce green technologies and promote the scale of green agriculture;Improve rural appearance and promote rural revitalization.However,in the process of green finance promoting the green development of agriculture,there are still narrow sources of green finance funds and low total amounts.Supporting facilities and support policies need to be improved,etc.In the future,it is necessary to further broaden the channels of green finance funding sources and actively absorb social capital;Continuously improve the supporting facilities of green finance services to help agriculture and reduce the risks of agriculture-related investment;Introduce relevant policies and play the role of policy guiding sticks.
