新工科背景下工程管理专业实践教学体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of Practical Teaching System of Engineering Management Specialty under the Background of New Engineering Discipline

在工程管理专业培养过程中,从学生就业的角度考虑,重视塑造学生的基础知识运用能力、实践能力和技术创新能力,以适应企业对工程管理人才的需求。随着教育部新工科建设的推进,结合新工科理念,高校工程人才加快培养改革研究。根据新工科建设思路的内涵要求,以工程管理专业人才培养要求为标准,阐述了新工科环境下工程管理人才培养的要素、实践教学在工程管理人才培养中的重要性。根据国家“新工科”建设政策的要求,工程管理专业实践教学体系应坚持的原则,构建“三环节三维度”工程管理类专业实践教学体系。

In the training process of engineering management specialty,we should consider from the angle of students;employment,pay attention to the training of students;basic knowledge application ability,practice ability and independent innovation ability,in order to meet the needs of enterprises for engineering management personnel.At present,with the advance of the policy of"New engineering"of the Ministry of education,the idea of"New engineering"has been put into the research of engineering talents training.According to the connotation of the thought of"New engineering course",and taking the time requirement of engineering management talents cultivation as the standard,this paper analyzes the elements of engineering management talents cultivation under the background of"New Engineering Course",and sum up the position of practice teaching in engineering management professional training.Finally,according to the construction requirements of new engineering in our country and the principle of construction of engineering practice teaching system,the"Three-link and three-dimension"practical teaching system of engineering management is constructed.
