电子商务专业“岗课赛证”人才培养模式构建

Construction of Talent Training Mode of“Post-Curriculum-Competition-Certificate”in E-commerce Major

通过深入行业调研和电子商务专业毕业生跟踪调查,分析电子商务专业人才培养中的存在问题,梳理人才培养面向的岗位能力要求,明晰“岗课赛证”电子商务人才培养新理念,重构课程体系设置,优化人才评价体系,以期更好地对接产业动态发展,适应岗位需求,提高就业质量,培养高素质的技能人才,实现职业教育提质培优。

Through in-depth industry research and follow-up survey of E-commerce graduates,this paper analyzse the existing problems in the training of E-commerce professionals and sort out the requirements for post ability of talent training,clarify the new concept of"pos-course-competition-certificate"E-commerce talent training,disassemble and reconstruct the curriculum system setting,optimize the talent evaluation system,so as to better connect with the dynamic development of the industry,adapt to the needs of the post,improve the employment quality,cultivate high-quality skilled talents,and realize the quality improvement of vocational education.
