嵌入式转矩转速测试系统的设计与实现

摘要 机械动力设备的转矩转速变化能反映其运行状况的重要信息,文中介绍了安装在恶劣环境中的风扇,测量其在高速旋转过程中风扇驱动轴的转矩转速。详细介绍了传感器安装设计和测试系统电路的设计;传感器安装设计为了节省设备安装空间,将应变片焊接在花键盘的三根辐条上;测试系统为了避免电磁兼容方面的影响,通过MCU作为支撑电路母板,放大并经综合处理后的扭矩数据通过光通信发送电路以光脉冲的形式发出,由光通信接收电路进行接收;将电路板设计成对应的扇形状和环状,美观的同时可以与空间进行适配。经过测试,该测试系统转矩测量误差不大于±1%FS,转速测量误差不大于±1脉冲,说明该测试系统功能完善可靠,满足了测试的指标要求和实际工程的需要。 For mechanical power equipment torque speed changes is an important information of its operating conditions,the article introduces the fan installed in a harsh environment,measure the torque speed of the fan drive shaft during high⁃speed rotation.Detailed description of the sensor installation design and the design of the test system circuit;In order to save equipment installation space,the sensor installation design is welded on the three spokes of the flower keyboard;the test system is designed to avoid the impact of electromagnetic compatibility,through the MCU as the support circuit motherboard,amplified and comprehensively processed the torque data is sent through the optical communication transmission circuit in the form of optical pulses,and received by the optical communication receiving circuit;the circuit board is designed to be the corresponding fan shape and ring,aesthetically pleasing and adaptable to space.After testing,the torque measurement error of the test system is not more than±1%FS,and the speed measurement error is not more than±1 pulse.It shows that the test system is complete and reliable,and meets the requirements of the test indicators and the needs of the actual project.
