摘要
针对目前城市车位少、停车难,现有立体车库空间利用率低、存取车时间长等问题,设计了一款新型魔方立体停车设备。采用吊桥式车库门,仅用一个电机实现车库门开闭与车辆的进出;采用单层丝杆双联动升降平台实现载车平台升降;同层车辆平移换位采用变异的差动轮系构成变胞机构,传递不同方向的动力,由π形杆推动载车板实现。魔方车库具有能耗低、空间利用率高的特点,该技术方案可以拓展应用到大型车库的设计中。
Aiming at the current urban car parking space is less and difficult to park,the existing three-dimensional garage space utilization rate is low,access to the car for a long time and other issues,designed a new magic cube three-dimensional parking equipment.The use of drawbridge garage door,only one motor to realize the opening and closing of the garage door and vehicle access.Adopt single-layer screw double linkage lifting platform to realize the lifting and lowering of the car-carrying platform.The same level of vehicle translational shift adopts the variable differential wheel system to form the variable cell mechanism,transmits the power in different directions,and is realized by theπ-shaped rod pushing the carrier plate.The rubik's cube garage is characterized by low energy consumption and high space utilization.The technical solution can be extended to be applied to the design of large garages.
