摘要
在企业新产品开发过程中,可制造性设计是优化设计方案、提高效率和降低成本的重要手段。为了实现设计阶段可制造性审查的自动化,对3DDFM软件进行二次开发,根据企业自身制造水平和工艺要求建立了个性化的规则库,并通过建立的钣金机箱模型验证了二次开发的可行性和有效性,提高了分析效率和准确性,缩短了产品研发周期。
In the process of new product development of an enterprise,design for manufacturability is an important means to optimize design schemes,improve efficiency and reduce costs.In order to realize the automated manufacturability review in the design stage,secondary development is carried out based on the 3DDFM software,a personalized rule library is established according to the company's own manufacturing level and process requirements.The feasibility and effectiveness of secondary development is verified through the established sheet metal chassis model,which improves the efficiency and accuracy of analysis and shortens the product development cycle.
