摘要
通过对某立式加工中心主轴箱在切削加工状态下的受力分析,建立了主轴箱的有限元分析模型,借助有限元分析软件分别对主轴箱进行静力学和模态分析,验证了主轴箱结构的合理性,结果表明主轴箱具有良好的强度和刚度,但在高速精切削状态下易发生共振。
Based on the analysis of force of headstock of one vertical machine center in the cutting process,it builds the finite element analysis model of headstock,carries out the static and modal analysis of headstock with the help of finite element analysis software.This verifies the he rationality of headstock structure.The results show that the headstock has strong strength and stiffness,and it is prone to resonance in high-speed precision cutting process.
