地材加工全流程智能化生产技术研究

摘要 为提高地材加工全流程的智能化程度,开展对其生产技术的设计研究。通过地材加工智能化全流程设计,明确地材加工中可运用的技术手段,在此基础上,针对地材加工原料及成品运输和地材生产加工安全监防进行重点设计说明。通过实例证明,新的生产技术的应用可以在极大程度上提高地材加工全流程的智能化水平,不仅可以为地材加工安全提供保障,同时还能够规避地材加工产品的盗卖事件发生,确保地材加工企业的利益不受损。 In order to improve the intelligence of the whole process of flooring processing,the design and research of its production technology are carried out.Through the intelligent whole process design of flooring processing,the technical means that can be used in flooring processing are clarified.On this basis,key design instructions are given for the transportation of raw materials and finished products for flooring processing and the safety monitoring of flooring production and processing.It is proved by examples that the application of new production technology can greatly promote the intelligent level of the whole process of flooring processing,which can not only guarantee the safety of flooring processing,but also avoid the theft of flooring processing products,and ensure that the interests of flooring processing enterprises will not be damaged.
