摘要
以某油品销售企业为例,分析新时代、新形势下的HSE管理难点,从全面强化三基工作与责任落实,抓好重大风险管控和隐患治理,严格施工作业和重大作业环节管理,推行直接作业环节标准化,抓实应急实操演练,做好污染防治攻坚与环保管理,完善培训体系和队伍建设,强化全业态全过程管理七个方面,探索更有效的HSE管理改进措施,提升整体HSE管理水平。
