摘要
强制对流烘箱进、回风口的布置是影响箱内的温度场均匀性的关键因素,为了研究开发出更高性能的烘箱,通过数值模拟和实验测试的方法,研究了5种不同进、回风口形式的箱体构造设计方案(双边送风后置回风、双边送风置顶回风、单边送风对向回风、单边送风置顶回风、背部送风双边回风)下箱内的温度场流场,通过分析监测点温度、检测面平均温度,并计算能量利用系数和不均匀系数,结果表明单边送风对向回风是最优方案。优化后烘箱与原方案相比能量利用系数提高17.5%,温度、速度不均匀系数风别降低了26.5%、48.6%。实验测量得整体最大温差为2.5 K。整体最大温差降低了59.7%,温度场流场均匀度提高。
The layout of inlet and outlet of forced convection oven is the key factor affecting the uniformity of temperature field in the oven.In order to research and develop a higher performance oven,methods of numerical simulation and test,the temperature field and flow field of the box with five different air inlet and return outlet forms(double side air supply and rear air return,double side air supply and top air return,unilateral air supply and opposite air return,single side air supply and top air return,back air supply and double air return)were studied.By analyzing the temperature of the monitoring point and average temperature of detection surface,calculating of energy utilization coefficient and non-uniformity coefficient.The results show that unilateral air supply and opposite air return are the optimal scheme.Compared with the original scheme,the optimized oven has 42.5%higher energy utilization coefficient,26.5%lower temperature and 48.6%lower velocity non-uniformity coefficient.The overall maximum temperature difference measured in the test is 2.5K.The overall maximum temperature difference is reduced by 59.7%,and the uniformity of temperature field and flow field is improved.
