计及电动汽车的综合能源系统优化调度

摘要 为实现“双碳”目标,充分消纳可再生能源,该文提出一种考虑电动汽车(EV)有序充放电的综合能源系统(IES)优化调度策略。首先,结合EV充电和储能特性,设计汇聚电、热、冷能源的综合能源系统;然后,基于分时电价,充分考虑EV用户侧降低成本、满足出行的利益需求,建立以系统调度成本最小为目标函数的IES日前优化调度模型;最后,以仿真算例验证所提策略的有效性。仿真结果表明,该文所提策略不仅能够有效降低IES调度成本、平滑系统负荷曲线,还能在保障EV出行需求和EV蓄电池寿命的基础上,显著降低用户用电成本,从而实现供需双方的共赢。 In order to achieve the goal of“double carbon”and fully consume renewable energy,we propose an integrated energy system(IES)optimal scheduling strategy considering the orderly charging and discharging of electric vehicles(EVs).Firstly,the integrated energy system is designed by combining EV charging and energy storage characteristics to aggregate electric,thermal and cooling energy.Then,based on the timesharing tariff,the IES dayahead optimal scheduling model is established with the objective function of minimizing the system scheduling cost by fully considering the demand for cost reduction and meeting the interests of travel on the EV user side.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified by simulation cases.The simulation results show that the proposed strategy can not only effectively reduce the IES dispatching cost and smooth the system load curve,but also significantly reduce the customer’s electricity cost on the basis of protecting the EV travel demand and EV battery life,thus achieving a winwin situation for both supply and demand.
