基于PLC家居货品进出库控制系统设计

Design of Inout System for Home Goods Based on PLC

对于家居行业来说,拥有智能化管理仓库非常重要。传统仓库存在空间利用率不高,货物进出库都由人工搬运,耗时耗力且效率低,库存安排不合理和补货不及时等问题,而智能仓储系统可有效解决以上问题。该文选用PLC做智能仓储系统控制器,可提高智能仓储系统可靠性。首先分析家居货品进出库设计原理,并对系统进行保护设计;然后应用触摸屏设计人机界面,实时监控系统运行状态;最后通过分析触摸屏货品数量统计画面显示的数据,根据需求调整库存,实现库存和补货合理化,仓库使用充分化。

For the home furnishing industry,it is very important to have intelligent management warehouses.Traditional warehouses have problems such as low space utilization,goods in and out of the warehouse are manually handled,timeconsuming and laborintensive and inefficient,unreasonable inventory arrangements and untimely replenishment,and intelligent warehousing systems can effectively solve the above problems.In this paper,PLC is selected as the intelligent storage system controller,which can improve the reliability of the intelligent storage system.First of all,the design principle of household goods entering and leaving the warehouse is analyzed,and the protection design of the system is carried out.Then apply the touch screen to design the humanmachine interface to monitor the operating status of the system in real time.Finally,by analyzing the data displayed on the touch screen quantity statistics screen,the inventory is adjusted according to the demand,and the inventory and replenishment are rationalized,and the warehouse is fully used.
