摘要
非金属声波检测仪是一种广泛应用于水运工程结构检测中的计量器具。其利用超声波在被测非金属介质中传播速度、频率等声学参数的变化,分析处理参数后获取被测介质的物理特性。它主要用于检测混凝土等均匀材质构件是否存在内部缺陷,如断裂和缝隙等。声波仪的应用对工程质量和安全有着极其重要的保障作用。用于校准计量性能是否符合规程要求的非金属声波检测仪校准装置具有大量程、高精度和易操作等特点,这将有效地解决非金属声波检测仪的量值溯源问题。该文着力阐述了声波透射法进行检测的基本原理、计量校准装置的系统设计以及实验验证等。
Nonmetallic acoustic wave detector is a kind of measuring instrument widely used in the structural detection of water transport engineering,which uses ultrasonic waves to propagate in the measured nonmetallic medium in the change of acoustic parameters such as speed and frequency,and analyzes to obtain the physical characteristics of the measured medium.It is mainly used to detect whether concrete and other components have internal defects such as fractures and voids,which is of great significance to ensure project quality and safety.The newly built nonmetallic acoustic detector measurement calibration device has the characteristics of large range,high precision and easy operation,which can be used to calibrate whether the measurement performance of the sonic detector meets the requirements of the regulations and effectively solve the problem of traceability of the measurement value of the nonmetallic acoustic detector.This paper focuses on the basic principles of nondestructive testing using acoustic transmission method,as well as the system design and experimental verification of measurement calibration devices.
